Principal Workflow

• Apply for an account
• Login at pc2htfe1 with IMT credentials
  • The local home directory will be created automatically
• Create a directory with all necessary data for your job
• Create  a Torque job-script
  • Examples are on the frontend in /opt/pc2/examples
• Call qsub job-script
  • Torque will stage-in all input data from the frontend (via scp) and stage-out all results back to the frontend.
• Save your results from the frontend.
