The PC² is not responsible of the faultinessly of provided programs or the correctness of the program execution. Apart from that, the liability is limited to gross negligences. This does not count for damages of life, body or health.

Protection of Personal Data

The regulations of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) as well as the Datenschutzgesetz Nordrhein-Westfalen (DSG NRW) are applicable.

During user registration, personal data about the leader and members of the applied project are required. During the runtime of the project this personal data is only used for system access control and accounting. At the end of the project this data will be anonymized and only be used for statistical purposes.

Protection of User Data

In general, a user is responsible for the protection of his data by himself.

The PC² provides only some basic protection mechanisms.

The safety measures are permanently validated and continously improved according to the progress of technology.
