Decentral Systems
The PC˛ assists all groups of the University of Paderborn in planning their local compute services. In general, a sharing of all available compute resources is targeted. The PC˛ provides help in procurement and installation of compute servers.

Organisation of a community with shared licenses for HPC software. Joint procurement of software. |

Management of software licensens:
The PC˛ operates license servers. These servers can also be used for licenses owned by users. |

Besides procurement of systems, the PC˛ also provides support for the initial installation of compute servers.
