As part of the nationwide Tier-2 HPC supply within the framework of the "National High-Performance Computing (NHR)", our HPC infrastructure forms the basis for research by hundreds of scientists. The main areas of application here are primarily in the computer-aided natural and engineering sciences (physics, chemistry, materials science).
In addition, we provide computing resources for a wide range of application domains as part of the Tier-3 HPC basic provision for local users, including for the completion of student theses.
